Context - The Growth Challenge

Myos is an innovative asset-based loan company that offers ecommerce merchants a radically new way of financing working capital quickly and easily. 

  • Targeting UK, Finland, Estonia, DACH region audience
  • B2B Fintech business providing financial services

When we started our work together, Myos was fighting with various challenges:

  • They had a few articles on the blog that didn’t bring almost any traffic or leads and were poorly researched and written.
  • They were ranking for only 167 keywords in total
  • They were spending lots of money on Paid Ads without many concrete conversions coming over it.
  • They had some of the backlinks pointing to the domain, a DA of 27, and many technical issues to fix. 
  • Due to the poor development, their multi-language website was pretty slow, with lots of language redirection script issues that had to be solved.
  • Besides the main website pages, they didn’t have any content written in German, which was one of their main markets.

4. Updating the Existing Content

Since we noticed that the existing content was targeting the important keywords but was poorly written and wasn’t ranking, we decided to revamp those articles and improve them for better performance.

Here’s what we did:

  • Researched more on those topics and noted what needs to be added
  • We changed the complete structure of the articles according to our proven templates
  • We shortened the introduction to get to the point faster and improved it with better hooks
  • We changed the descriptions of tools mentioned on our list and personalized them for our readers
  • We included more H2 and H3 throughout the article
  • We removed all generic and fluff content that was there just to increase the number of words.
  • We interlinked articles from the same clusters and included more internal links to low-performing articles.
